Nubian
Goats Mildred, Beth & Lucy are the nanny goats (females)
raymond & sooty are the two billies (males) Mildred is due
to have little kids in june 07.
This particular breed of
goat was imported to britain from the middle east 7 india. The
goats are coloured, have a short glossy coat and long lop ears. The
milk from the nunian goats has a higher butter fat content than
that of any other breed. Goats carry their kids for five
months the same as sheep. |
