Jacob
Sheep are a multi- horned, piebald breed, they date back to biblical
times when jacob is said to have looked after sheep with brown
spots.
The ewes (females) have excellent mothering qualities
and normally have two lambs. They also fatten well on rather
poor grazing, a very docile and low maintenance breed. Female
sheep carry their lambs for five months. |
