The Ark Farm Easter Experience is back and it's better than ever!

28th March - 10th April 2026

Spring has arrived and The Ark Open Farm is bursting with brand new life, hands-on fun, unique experiences and chocolatey surprises.

There’ll be so many fun times and photo opps in the farmer’s shed you’ll have memories for years to come before they even reach the Easter bunny!

This year we have added some extra magic to our Easter adventure and it’ll be one your little ones will never forget. 

What you can expect

Bottle Feed Baby Lambs

Meet our adorable lambs as soon as you arrive in our farmyard to get your day off to an exciting (and adorable!) start.  Help bottle feed these gorgeous little bundles of fluff - a true springtime moment. There’s nothing quite like it.

The Little Farmers Shed

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and step into our Easter Little Farmers Shed, where your child becomes a farmer! Little ones will explore, play and learn through hands-on farm fun — planting their very own sunflower to take home, milking the cow (don’t worry… not a real one!), helping “birth” a pretend lamb at the lambing station, brushing and decorating the pony’s tail and Highland cow’s hair, harvesting carrots from our pretend patch, collecting eggs from the hen house and even tackling the all-important poop scoop (it’s all about the giggles!). Before they leave, every little farmer will receive their very own Little Farmer sticker as proof of a job well done.

Follow the trail to the Easter Garden

Search high and low in the beautifully decorated garden to find all the coloured Easter eggs. Fill your carton… and don’t miss any! Once your carton is complete… Show the Easter Bunny your full egg carton and receive a boxed Cadbury Egg. (Free-from alternatives available so everyone can join the fun.)

Egg Decorating and Bunny Headbands

Get creative with Easter egg decorating and colour in your very own bunny headband (pre-cut and ready for little artists).

Easter Forest Trail

The Easter Bunny has an extra challenge for you! Head off into the Forest and find the answers to all the clues to the trail questions and earn your next sticker!

Easter Teddy Bear Workshop (Optional Extra)

Want to make your Easter visit even more unforgettable? Step inside our Easter Teddybear Workshop, where little hands create a keepsake to treasure long after the chocolate is gone. Choose a fluffy bunny or cuddly chick, pop a soft heart inside, make a wish and seal your new friend ready to cuddle and take home as a lasting memory of the farm. £18 per teddy. Includes a beautiful 16" teddy and backpack to carry your new friend home. Limited spaces per session to keep the experience calm, guided and truly special 💛

Easter Quiet/SEN Session

Sunday 29th March 9AM

Our Quiet Session allows for a visit to the Easter Garden before the farm opens at 10AM

When should we arrive?

During the booking process, you will select your time slot. This is your arrival time (please arrive as closely to this time as you can) and then you are welcome to stay and enjoy our farm for the rest of the day until it closes at 5pm! 

What is the gift FROM THE EASTER BUNNY?

The children’s ticket includes a boxed Cadbury Easter Egg. We will have ‘free from’ options available too! 

You also have the option to add on a teddy bear workshop so your little one can take home an extra gift. See below for info.

How much extra is the teddy workshop?

In addition to your Easter Experience ticket price, you can add on a teddy workshop at £18 per teddy (completely optional!). You will have the option to do this during the booking process. This includes a beautiful 16″ teddy and backpack to carry your new friend home. Just like at Christmas, there are also optional outfits to purchase for your teddy on the day.

Can we visit the farm without taking part in the Easter Experience?

The farm is closed for regular farm visits during the Easter Experience (from 28th March – 10th April 2026). However we will be back open again on 29th March, ready for a spring and summer of more fun!

    Essential carer can avail of discounted entry when accompanying a full price Adult or Child ticket only. Proof of carer's requirement must be uploaded during the booking process or enter your Access Card details.

Fantastic. The animals and play parks were wonderful and the staff's friendliness and enthusiasm really stood out. The food at the cafe was very good and the extra activities for Easter were great. The kids and adults in our group all had a great time. Would definitely recommend. We'll definitely be back for another visit.

Can I just say what a wonderful time we had at Ark Farm Easter Day yesterday. We had the most amazing day. The kids enjoyed it the adults enjoyed it. Your farm is so well kept and the animals look happy an content. The staff were all so helpful and looked like they love there job they do.

Fabulous visit today. Beautiful weather helped but the hard work and thought given to the activities was absolutely spot on. Staff, without exception, were just lovely. The upgrade of children's play areas is superb. Thought it was a bit expensive when we booked but it was worth every penny. Thank you.

Although you were fully booked there was no sense of crowds! Your staff really put themselves out to ensure we had a good time and the animals were on their best behaviour!
