We offer 2 types of vouchers: Monetary and Activity Vouchers. Monetary vouchers have a balance and can be used against any purchase on our website or at the farm. Activity vouchers are for tickets for Farm Entry (Adult tickets, Family of 4 ticket etc) and can be used to book a visit when we are operating standard Farm Entry.
Vouchers can be redeemed on our website or at the farm at any of the till points. Monetary vouchers are redeemed at the checkout section of the website. Activity vouchers can be redeemed here
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
Monetary vouchers will maintain a balance and can be used multiple times until used up
Unfortunately, we are unable to extend a voucher. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase so plenty of opportunity to enjoy a visit to the farm using your voucher.
