Job Position: Visitor Experience Assistant
Job Types: Full-time (30 hours per week)
Salary: from £10.85 / hour dependant on age & experience
About the role: As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the farm, helping to make every visit special. Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service across the farm
- Supporting daily activities, animal encounters, tractor/quad rides, supervising play spaces and helping to run our seasonal events
- Helping to keep the farm safe, clean, and visitor-ready
- Assisting with admissions, queries, and general visitor support
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a brilliant experiences every day

- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays
- A genuine interest in animals, the outdoors, and family visitor attractions
- Experience in public facing roles and with animals preferred
